Q2. Does the school offer scholarships/benefits for meritorious performers?

Ans. Yes. Vivekanand School encourages academic excellence through a structured scholarship framework.

Scholarship Policy for Classes VI to X (Session 2027–28)
Students securing an overall aggregate of 98% or above in the academic session (2026-27) will be awarded a 20% scholarship on the Tuition Fee in the following academic session (2027–28).

Special Scholarship
MVPP Qualifiers (Class IX): Students clearing the Mukhyamantri Vigyan Pratibha Pariksha (MVPP) will be awarded a 100% Tuition Fee scholarship for Class X.

Scholarship Policy for Classes XI to XII (Session 2027–28)

Provisional Scholarships

Provisional scholarships are granted at the time of admission based on Class X Pre-Board performance.

  • Students securing 85% to 89.9% in the Pre-Board examinations will be eligible for a 20% provisional scholarship of the tuition fee.
  • Students securing 80% to 84.9% in the Pre-Board examinations will be eligible for a 15% provisional scholarship of the tuition fee.
  • These provisional scholarships (15% and 20%) will also be subject to review and adjustment (continuation, upgradation, downgrading, or termination) following the declaration of the final Class 10 CBSE/ICSE Board results, as per the prescribed scholarship criteria.

Note: The aggregate percentage will be calculated based on marks obtained in Science, Math, Social Science, English, and one additional language. Marks from additional subjects will not be considered.

Once the final CBSE/ICSE Board results are declared, the provisional scholarship will be reviewed strictly as per the approved scholarship slabs. Based on the final aggregate, the scholarship may be continued, upgraded, downgraded, or withdrawn, without any claim for retrospective adjustment.

Scholarship Continuation & New Eligibility (Class XII)

  • Students who receive a scholarship in Class XI will continue to receive the same scholarship in Class XII if they secure 85% or above in Class XI.
  • Students who did not receive any scholarship in Class XI may become eligible for a 15% tuition fee scholarship in Class XII, provided they secure an overall aggregate of 85% or above in Class XI, subject to meeting the school’s academic and conduct requirements.

Special Cash Award

Any student securing an aggregate of 99% or above in CBSE Class X or XII will be honoured with the prestigious Lala Gobind Ram Ahuja Cash Award of ₹1,01,000, along with formal recognition.

Q3. What are the school timings?

Ans. The timings of the school are as follow:

Q4. Is admission guaranteed once the registration form is submitted?

Ans. No. Applications are shortlisted based on previous academic performance and current session assessments. Shortlisted students may be required to appear for an admission test, after which final admission is granted strictly on merit.

Q5. How will I know that my registration form has been successfully submitted?

Ans. A confirmation email with a unique registration number will be sent upon successful submission.

Q6. Can the registration form be filled using a mobile phone?

Ans. Yes. The registration form is compatible with Android, iOS, and Windows mobile devices.

Q7. Can the registration form be saved and completed later?

Ans. No. The registration form must be completed in one session, as partially filled forms cannot be saved.

Q8. Are Vivekanand School D-Block Anand Vihar and Vivekanand Public School B-Block Anand Vihar the same institution?

Ans. No. They are two independent institutions with no association.

Q9. What safety and security measures are in place?

Ans. Student safety is of paramount importance. The school has implemented a robust safety framework, including:
