Q.2. Does the school offer scholarships/benefits for meritorious performers?
A. Yes. Students securing the following aggregate percentages in their Class X Board Exams will be awarded scholarships for Class XI:

Provisional Scholarships
Provisional scholarships are granted based on students' Class 10 Pre-Board results, in accordance with the Scholarship Eligibility Criteria outlined above. These provisional scholarships are subject to review and may be continued, upgraded, downgraded, or discontinued based on the final Class 10 CBSE/ICSE Board results, as per the prescribed scholarship criteria.
Additional Provisional Scholarship Categories:
● Students securing 85% to 89.9% in the Pre-Board examinations will be eligible for a 20% provisional scholarship of the tuition fee.
● Students securing 80% to 84.9% in the Pre-Board examinations will be eligible for a 15% provisional scholarship of the tuition fee.
● These provisional scholarships (15% and 20%) will also be subject to review and adjustment (continuation, upgradation, downgrading, or termination) following the declaration of the final Class 10 CBSE/ICSE Board results, as per the prescribed scholarship criteria.
Note: The aggregate percentage will be calculated based on marks obtained in Science, Math, Social Science, English, and one additional language. Marks from additional subjects will not be considered.
Scholarship Continuation & New Eligibility in Class XII
1.Continuation of Existing Scholarship:
● Students who received a scholarship in Class XI will continue to receive the same scholarship in Class XII if they secure 85% or above in their overall aggregate in Class XI
2.New Scholarship Opportunity in Class XII:
● Students who did not receive a scholarship in Class XI can qualify for a 15% scholarship on Tuition Fee in Class XII if they secure 85% or above in their overall aggregate in Class XI.
Special Cash Award for Outstanding Board Performance (Classes X & XII)
● Any Vivian who secures an aggregate of 99% or above in CBSE Board Results (Class X or XII) will be honored with the prestigious Lala Gobind Ram Ahuja Cash Award of ₹ 1,01,000.
Recognition & Appreciation
● All students qualifying for scholarships will be formally acknowledged and awarded a Commendation Certificate in recognition of their academic achievements.
Q.3. As the class 10 Board results are yet to be declared, will the student be offered any scholarship at the time of admission?
A. Yes. Provisional scholarship is being provided to the students on the basis of their Class 10 Pre-Board results as per the above SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. The same will be continued/upscaled/downscaled/terminated as per the Class 10 Final CBSE / ICSE Board results.
Q.4. What are the school timings?
A. The timings of the school are as follows:
Summer Timings (1-Feb to 14-Dec) | 7:15 am - 1:25 pm |

For class XI Science students, the school will get off at 12:30 pm. This adjustment is intended to provide students with additional time for self-study and external academic support.
Please note:
● Students of the Science stream who would be availing the school transport will be required to remain in school until 1:20 p.m. and will depart along with all other students.
● Students of the Science stream commuting by private transport or on foot may leave at 12:30 p.m.
● Students of the Commerce and Humanities stream will follow the regular school timings of
7:15 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Q.5. Does the school have Saturdays off for class XI?
A. Yes, the school works five days a week for class XI & XII with Saturday being an off day for them. Besides, the last working day of every month is an OFF for all the standards.
Q.6. Is my child's admission guaranteed once I submit the registration form?
A. No. The form once submitted will be rigorously scrutinized. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their Pre-Board & Annual Results of Class IX. An online interview will be conducted with shortlisted students. Only the students meeting the required parameters, shall be informed to proceed with the admission formalities.
Q.7. How do I know that my registration form has been successfully submitted?
A. A confirmation email with a unique registration number will be sent.
Q.8. Can I fill the application form using a mobile phone?
A. Yes, you can use any Android/Windows/IOS mobile phone to fill the application form.
Q.9. Can I save the form and complete it later?
A. No, the registration form must be filled in one go, as there is no facility to save a partially filled form that may be completed later.
Q.10. Which examination, out of the multiple Pre-Boards conducted by the school, should I refer to, while entering the marks in the registration form?
A. You may refer to any of the Pre-Board Examinations conducted by the school for providing the marks that reflect your best aggregate. The marks entered by you must reflect your performance in any of the Pre-Board Exams, conducted by the school, whether First, Second or Third. It may be a combination of the marks secured by you in different Pre-Board Exams.
