General Instructions
- All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled.
- The age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted in the minimum and upper age limit. The duly signed request application for the same should be submitted at the time of admission.
- Before proceeding to register, please ensure that you have all the necessary documents. You may refer to the document checklist for your convenience.
- The name of the candidate should be entered correctly as mentioned in document proof attached (if any).
- The name of the parent(s) should be entered correctly as mentioned in document proof attached (if any).
- While attaching the address proof, please ensure that the name and address on the attached document must be clearly visible and complete in all respects.
- In case of a single parent, enter N/A in the field that is not applicable.
- In case the candidate is a first born child, please ensure to attach a duly notarized and self-attested Affidavit for the same.
- In process of filling the registration form do not click "go back" or go back to the previous page to avoid inconvenience.
- After making the payment do not click "go back" for security warnings received, if any.
- A duplicate or incomplete form will be rejected.
- Kindly keep a follow up of e-mails/updates on whatsapp for any communication made by the school.
