General Instructions

• All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled.
• The age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted in the minimum and upper age limit. The duly signed request application should be attached for the same.
• Before proceeding to register, please ensure that you have all the necessary documents. You may refer to the document checklist for your convenience.
• The name of the candidate should be entered correctly as mentioned in document proof attached (if any).
• The name of the parent(s) should be entered correctly as mentioned in document proof attached (if any).
• While attaching the address proof, please ensure that the name and address on the attached document must be clearly visible and complete in all respects.
• While filling the parent details, in case of a single parent enter N/A in the fields that is not applicable.
• In case the candidate is a first born child, please ensure to attach a duly notarized and self-attested Affidavit for the same.
• In process of filling the registration form do not click "go back" or go back to the previous page to avoid inconvenience.
• After making the payment do not click "go back" for security warnings received, if any.
• An incomplete form will be rejected.
• Kindly keep a follow up of e-mails for any communication made by the school.
