General Instructions

• The form should be downloaded and the print of the same should be filled neatly and in legible handwriting.
• Duly filled registration form along with photocopy of all the necessary documents is to be submitted at the school reception between 8.30AM to 12.30PM.
• Kindly retain the receipt that is received at the time of form submission for any communication to be made with the school.
• Once an online registration form is submitted then offline registration is not required. Incomplete/ incorrect/ duplicate registration forms will be rejected.
